  , Prayer in the present application is for withdrawal of the main writ petition, bearing CWP No.22705 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the petitioner (Gram Panchayat) has decided to withdraw the main writ petition (CWP No.22705 of 2025), in the interest of development of the village. Keeping view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, the present application is allowed and the main writ petition, bearing CWP No.22705 of 2025, is permitted to be withdrawn.
