***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to re-issue the passport of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
