(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and to move an application for grant of regular bail as the parties have entered into an amicable settlement.

In view of the aforestated submission, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 3 weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall dispose of the same expeditiously while keeping in view the fact that the matter is stated to have been compromised amongst the parties.
