On a Court query qua petitioner's prayer for waiving of costs of Rs.10,000/- imposed vide order dated 18.03.2013 since he is stated to be a Class-IV workman (sweeper), learned counsel for respondent No.1, under instructions, does not oppose the said prayer. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in application, review application is allowed. Costs imposed vide said order is waived off. To that extent, order dated 18.03.2013 passed in revision petition is modified. Learned Court below to proceed further in accordance with law.
