(ORAL) Petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the qualifying service rendered by the petitioners for the purpose of pension from the due date and not from the date of contribution of provident fund i.e. from the date of confirmation and to pay the arrears of revised pension along with interest.

Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioners have also served a legal notice dated 08.08.2022 upon the respondent No.2/Competent Authority.
