Bhalla, Advocate for respondents No.4 and 5. ***** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to arrest and/or to take appropriate action against private respondents No.4 to 6 and to produce challan/charge-sheet under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. against all the accused persons/respondents No.4 to 6 after completion of the investigation in case FIR No.30 dated 12.04.2022 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Davinderjit Singh, has submitted before this Court that the investigation is at the final stage and the investigating agencies are in a position to file the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. within two weeks.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to complete the investigation and file the report within two weeks as submitted before this Court. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail his remedy as available under the law.
