RSA No.5097 of 2016 The present regular second appeal is directed at the instance of the plaintiffs against the concurrent finding of fact whereby the suit for injunction restraining the defendants being the co-owners was dismissed.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that partition proceedings initiated before the Revenue court have attained finality. In view of the aforementioned fact, nothing survives in the present appeal.

The regular second appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
