AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to regularize the services of petitioners according to policies dated 01.10.2003 and 10.02.2004 (Annexures P-1 and P-2).

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr.Sachin Gupta Ladwa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 06.04.2019 (Annexure P-6) in terms of order dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) within some specified time.

CWP No.29054 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 06.04.2019 (Annexure P-6) in terms of order dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
