(ORAL) Prayer in this Criminal Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents i.e. 4 to 10, who are extending threats to the petitioner and intending to kill her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Nuh-Mewat, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 09.09.2023 (Annexure P-3) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
