(ORAL) Counsel for the respondents has produced copy of the order dated 02.09.2025 whereby petitioners have been ordered to be promoted by withdrawing the order of reversion dated 21.09.2021. Counsel on instructions from Ms. Shashi Garg, Assistant Registrar (Legal) O/O DSE, Punjab submits that whatever benefits the petitioners are entitled in terms of the earlier order of promotion dated 17.09.2019, the same shall be released within a period of eight weeks from the date of certified copy of the order. The aforesaid statement made by counsel for the respondents satisfies counsel for the petitioners.

No further order is required to be passed.

Rule discharged.

Contempt petition stands disposed off.
