An application (CM-1782-C-2020) under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC has been filed for disposing of Regular Second Appeal No. 1015 of 2014 in terms of the deed of settlement. The original deed of settlement has been annexed as Annexure A1. The same is taken on record as Mark "C". Learned counsel appearing for the respondent admits that the parties have settled their dispute in terms of deed of settlement (Mark"C") Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise/deed of settlement (Mark "C"), which shall form a part of the decree.

The miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
