RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.53, dated 22.04.2021, under Sections 376D, 506 IPC (Section 366 IPC added later on), registered at Women Police Station, District Rewari.

Earlier the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M-34873-2021, which after having been argued at length, was allowed to be withdrawn on 26.08.2021. Now the petitioner has approached this Court again with the same prayer. Needless to say that as per settled law, the successive anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
