NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is filed for setting aside the order dated 07.11.2013 vide which the objections filed by the present petitioner to the execution petition have been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while praying for setting aside the order dated 07.11.2013 submitted that the Civil Court had no jurisdiction to pass the said decree and secondly that the possession of the plaintiff was disputed.

Admittedly, the said civil decree has attained finality. Therefore, no fault can be found with the Executing Court in dismissing the objections on the ground that the Executing Court cannot go behind or beyond the decree and decree has to be honoured. Dismissed accordingly.
