(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for directing respondents to regularize services of petitioners according to policy decision dated 1.10.2003 (Annexure P-2) and 10.02.2004 (Annexure P-3) or from the date when benefit has been granted to number of similarly situated employees of the Department vide office order No.3690-3715 dated 14.10.2006 issued by respondent No.2 (Annexure P-4) with all consequential benefits. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3-Divisional Forest Officer (Territorial), Sonepat to consider the legal notice dated 6.6.2019 (Annexure P-9) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3-Divisional Forest Officer (Territorial), Sonepat to consider the legal notice dated 6.6.2019 (Annexure P-9) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.3 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.18 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
