(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 09.05.2019 (Annexure P-2) vide which petitioners have been directed to vacate the house and order dated 21.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) whereby directions were issued to the Tehsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate, Gurugram to get the premises vacated from the possession of the petitioners. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners submitsthat respondent No.2 has since expired and this petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of as infructuous.
