The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to grant them minimum of pay scale alongwith Grade Pay and DA in respect of the period of service rendered by the petitioners prior to their regularization.

Pursuant to service of an advance notice, Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG, Punjab, has put in appearance and has informed that the legal notice dated 30.1.2023 (Annexure P-13) has been considered and disposed of vide order dated 15.2.2023. He has furnished a copy of said memo dated 15.2.2023, which is taken on record.

Faced with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the order dated 15.2.2023.
