The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.371 dated 25.07.2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Civil Line, Rohtak and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Reply by way of affidavit of Mahesh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak has been filed. Same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to raise all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage. 4.
