ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 30.05.2018 vide which a direction was issued to respondent No.1 to take a decision on the representation regarding the demand raised by HSIIDC, Panchkula.

Reply by way of affidavit of respondent No.2 - HSIIDC, filed in the Court is taken on record.

Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that after the necessary compliance was made, the details were submitted by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the petitioner has already challenged the same by filing a fresh CWP No.19273 of 2021. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
