The present petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy as may be available in accordance with law.
