The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.58 dated 23.02.2015 registered under Sections 326, 323, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Patti (now P.S. Sadar Patti), District Tarn Taran, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
