**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sushil Kumar, submits that the petitioner in compliance to order dated 15th October, 2019, of this Court, has joined the investigation. However, during the pendency of the instant petition, the prosecutrix was again abducted by the present petitioner along with other co-accused and an another case FIR No. 10, dated 23.01.2020, under Sections 458, 365, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC, has been registered at P.S. Sadar Pathankot, against the petitioner and other co-accused. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
