Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the claim in the civil suit filed by the respondents-plaintiff was that the order dated 07.10.2023 reverting the petitioner from the post of Secretary, Market Committee to Superintendent was due to the qualifications being possessed by him were in dispute to be valid qualifications. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that nothing has come on record as to whether the respondent is still alive or not, 3..

Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that there was no interim order staying the judgment of the Courts below hence, the judgment of the Courts below must have been executed by now, hence, the RIYA 2023.12.22 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
