RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to conduct/initiate enquiry on the compliant submitted by the petitioner on 02.08.2022.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the complaint on 02.08.2022, Annexure P-1, however, no action has been taken on the same by the Investigating Agency. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State and on instructions from ASI Gurinder Pal Singh, submits that a detailed enquiry has been conducted on the complaint dated 02.08.2022 by SHO, Police Station Women, Ludhiana Rural and statements of both the parties and that of the Panchayat were recorded, however, no truth was found in the same and the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police has filed the same. However, after hearing counsel for the parties, the Court finds it MEENU 2022.11.24 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-54889-2022 -2appropriate that outcome of the enquiry conducted on her complaint should be provided to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. However, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail her alternative remedy as available to her in accordance with law.
