As per the reply filed by the Executive Engineer, Haryana Vidyut Parsaran Nigam Limited, Faridabad, the necessary payments have already been made.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if any payment is still outstanding.
