AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to release all service benefits including promotion, salary and arrears of salary of the petitioner. Notice of motion.
On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 05.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) within some specified time.

In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
