Present Regular Second Appeal (RSA) has been filed by the plaintiff (appellant herein) against the concurrent finding of dismissal of suit filed by him.

Decree prayed, was in fact, for the grant of permanent injunction restraining the defendants from using the latrine, bathroom and drin (Kachi Khui) as shown by red colour in the site plan attached with the plaint, constructed adjoining the northern side wall of the house of the plaintiff situated at Village Mamdot Uttar, Tehsil and District Ferozepur. 3.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal against the impugned judgment(s) and decree, passed by learned Courts below, is pending before this Court since January 2020. He further submits that after filing of the present appeal, appellant never contacted his office, and thus, he is not in a position to address arguments in the present appeal. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
