  The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.

Vide detailed order dated 10.05.2024 passed by this Court, Justice Rakesh Kumar Garg, former Judge of this Court, was proposed to be appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes in terms of the contract inter-se the parties. Accordingly declaration as required under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 was sought from the said arbitrator. Necessary declaration has now been duly received.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. The order dated 10.05.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed with the matter in terms of the contract inter-se the parties in accordance with law. It is open for the parties to raise all the pleas before the Arbitrator as per terms of the contract.
