Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case petitioners have any grievance against the impugned order dated 02.09.2024, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-6, they can file appropriate representation and in case any such representation is received from the petitioners, appropriate order will be passed within a period of 4 weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and in case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the petitioners to be appointed in the High Education Department, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons will be mentioned for not accepting the claim of the petitioners in the speaking order to be passed, which will be conveyed to the them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent, present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for.
