The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in the case bearing NCB Crime No.14 dated 05.05.2015 under Sections 8, 18, 29, 27-A and 30 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered by Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) Chandigarh Zonal Unit, Chandigarh.

After arguing for sometime, when the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and requested that the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3.
