(Oral) Learned State counsel, upon instructions from HC Gurmail Ram, has informed that Neetu Rani (petitioner No.1) has suffered a statement to the effect that she does not apprehend any kind of threat to her life and liberty or to that of petitioner No.2-Rakesh Nain, at this stage. Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh at a later stage, if need arises. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
