**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 23.05.2024 (Annexure P-4) in case FIR No.15 dated 25.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 324, 326, 506, 148, 149 of IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Dhilwan District Kapurthala.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Employees Association, Chandigarh as has been volunteered by learned counsel for the petitioner.
