RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the official respondents to finalize the execution of Dakhal proceedings against private respondents No.4 to 7 whereby irrigation channel/water course (outlet No.7018/L) to the petitioners' fields has been illegally demolished/obstructed by respondents No.4 to 7 and their musclemen, which is causing serious trouble & hardship to the petitioners. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Executive Engineer, Madhopur Division, Gurdaspur, has already passed the order, dated 25.03.2021, in favour of the petitioners, which is annexed as Annexure P-2, but the same is not being implemented despite repeated requests made by the petitioners. He submits that petitioners are facing serious difficulty in getting their land due to non-implementation of the order dated 25.03.2021.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation for redressal of their grievances before respondent No.3, i.e. Divisional Canal Officer, within ten days from today and in case any such representation is filed before respondent No.3, he is directed to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of its receipt.
