Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has since been amicably settled between the parties before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. A written compromise has been signed by father and mother of detenue, namely, Asha Kumari, and Veena Kumari mother of petitioner. As per compromise, parents of detenue have no objection if she accompanies the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has attained the age of majority on 24.08.2019. Father of alleged detenue, namely, Satu Rishi Dev, is present in Court and submits that though they have no objection if their daughter, Asha Kumari, marries the petitioner but they are not happy with this marriage. However, they will not interfere in their matrimonial life. Veena Kumari, mother of petitioner who is present in Court, undertakes responsibility for peaceful life of detenue-Asha Kumari and submits that she will take care of her.

CRWP No. 890 of 2019 -2Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection if the detenue is allowed to accompany the petitioner in view of compromise arrived at between the parties.

This petition is disposed of with direction to incharge of respondent no 4-Gandhi Vanita Ashram to release detenue-Asha Kumari to accompany the petitioner.
