**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 01.11.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate had been directed to record the statements of the parties with regard to the genuineness and authenticity of the compromise.

Thereafter, again vide order dated 21.12.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the parties were again directed to appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate with regard to compromise.

As per the report dated 27.01.2023 of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Payal, the parties did not appear before her for getting their statements recorded.
