(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to regularize services of petitioners w.e.f. 01.04.2011 along with all benefits as the similar situated/aggrieved persons have been regularized w.e.f. 01.04.2011 vide office order of District Education Hisar, Hisar dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure P-6) in compliance of order passed in CWP No.18296 of 2014 titled as 'Sanjay and others Vs. State of Haryana and others' and letter dated 19.05.2017 (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent No.2-Director General, Secondary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 23.09.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director General, Secondary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 23.09.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.15 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.29335 of 2019 (O&M) -2period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
