(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the complaint filed by him qua the beatings after the grant of bail could not be annexed in the petition and he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is clarified that respondent No. 2, who is representing through his counsel, is directed to comply with all the conditions of order dated 30.03.2022 passed by this Court in letter and spirit failing which on this ground alone, the bail shall be cancelled for noncompliance of a single condition.
