The petitioner has filed the instant petition for directions to the respondents No.1 and 2 to investigate the case FIR No. 130 dated 15.06.2025, registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Division-6, District Ludhiana. 2.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Eklavya Darshi, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner's brother was falsely implicated in the above referred FIR and the representation dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P2), filed by the petitioner, in this regard, has not been disposed of as yet. He further submits that a direction for disposing of the representation (Annexure P2) be given to the concerned authorities and the instant writ petition be disposed of. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is
