The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-27962-2024.

This Court had issued the following order in CWP-27962-2024, vide its order dated 18.10.2024:- "6.

The order is, therefore, completely illegal and is accordingly set aside. The matter is remitted to respondent No.2 with a direction to take a fresh decision on the issue after considering the recommendation of the JSIC and any other material which may be relevant for the said purpose and then pass a fresh speaking order VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2025.10.18 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-3891-2025 (O&M) -2within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-27962-2024 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-27962-2024, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
