The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2015. On the previous date none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to today. Registry was directed to inform the learned counsel for the appellants of the date fixed. As per the Office report, the learned counsel for the appellants was duly informed. Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning and despite the learned counsel being duly informed by the Registry. There is no compliance of the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by this Court either. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. AMAN JAIN 2025.09.20 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
