This is an application for withdrawal of the main petition in view of the fact that the same has been rendered infructuous. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main case (CR-4864-2022) is taken on Board today itself. CR-4864-2022 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the main suit itself stands withdrawn on 11.04.2025 and hence seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
