The learned State counsel, on the instructions of SI Surender, Police Station City Tauru, submits that the petitioner has already joined investigation and that for further investigation his custody is not required. 3.

The record shows that by virtue of order dated 07.08.2025, the benefit of interim anticipatory bail was accorded to the petitioner. 4.

In view of above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the order dated 07.08.2025 is hereby made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
