Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.157 dated 07.09.2022 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is behind bars for last 1 year & 1 month and involved in two more cases under NDPS Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
