*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) It is submitted that the shop leased out to the petitioner by the Nagar Panchayat has fallen down being dilapidated. Representations have been made for permission to reconstruct the same but no response has been received. The last representation is dated 29.09.2022 (Annexure P-5). Notice of motion.

Mr. Charanpreet Singh, learned AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 only and waives service. At the asking of the Court, he accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 6 as well. Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 29.09.2022 (Annexure P-5) by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
