This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 447, dated 8th November, 2020 under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Section 307 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak, District Rohtak. After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
