Learned State counsel, who appears on advance notice, submitted that a compromise has been effected between the parties, however, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner stated that the compromise is not voluntarily and under pressure of the local police and requested that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2- Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, to take a decision on the representation dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the aforesaid representation submitted on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law.
