By way of present petition filed under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings are sought to be initiated against the respondents towards alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 09.01.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No.146 of 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order qua which the contempt proceedings have been sought, stands complied with, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to avail the alternate remedy, as regards the interest part.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
