CRA-D-1167-2023(O&M) and other connected cases -2they would be satisfied if these appeals are disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the appellant(s)' trial in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the acceptance of the afore alternative prayer made on behalf of the appellant(s). 3.

All the appellants have been in custody for over 03 years and 03 months. They have a right to a speedy trial. Presently, only 08 prosecution witnesses remain to be examined in the appellants' trial and the learned State counsel also has no objection to the acceptance of the afore alternate prayer made on the appellants' behalf. Therefore, we dispose of these appeals with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the appellant(s)' trial expeditiously but not later than six weeks from the date fixed before it, in accordance with law with a further direction to the State to ensure appearance of its remaining eight witnesses to meet the afore dead line.
