The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take action on the representation dated 02.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) for protecting the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing the private respondents not to interfere or harass in the personal live and liberty of the petitioners. 2.

In compliance of order dated 06.08.2025, learned State counsel has filed status report/reply by way of affidavit of Sukhwinder Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Abohar, District Fazilka on behalf of respondent-State in Court today, which is taken on record and according to which, there is no danger to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents as revealed during the enquiry.
