(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he confines his prayer only to the extent that the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2021 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2021 (Annexure P-5) within a period of four weeks from today.

In case grievance of the petitioner still survives, it shall be open for him to file an application under Section 156 of Cr.P.C. before the competent Court in accordance with law.
