Learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid stay application/statutory appeal is now listed for hearing on 20.08.2025 before the Divisional Commissioner, Karnal; and in all probabilities, the prayer made in the stay application filed along with the statutory appeal would be considered and decided on the date fixed, i.e. 20.08.2025, and in any case, not beyond a period of three weeks thereafter. Learned State counsel further submits that till the decision on the stay application is taken, any proceedings in furtherance of the demolition order dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) shall remain deferred.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 does not dispute the aforesaid course of action.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.3, the present writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
